Homemade mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is actually quite easy to prepare : Half a teaspoon of vinegar for every two egg yolks, a pinch of salt and a quarter liter of oil. Add the egg yolks to the bowl with the vinegar and salt and beat, while adding the oil drop by drop. All ingredients must be at room temperature, otherwise the mayonnaise will remain liquid.
